ThynkBrew (www.thynkbrew.com) is operated by Thynkblox AI Pvt Ltd, Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India (“ThynkBrew”, “we”, “us”). This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

Contact form. When you submit the form on the Contactpage, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write. That submission is sent from our server to a private Google Sheet through a Google Apps Script webhook, where it's stored so we can read and reply to it. We don't sell this information or share it with anyone outside Google (as our processor) and whoever at ThynkBrew handles enquiries.

The form also has a hidden field used only to catch automated spam submissions; it collects nothing from real visitors.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (property G-4R4BD169PD) to understand how the site is used — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and time on page. Analytics uses cookies to distinguish visitors. We don't use this data to identify you personally, and we don't combine it with the contact form data.

We don't run advertising, we don't use tracking pixels beyond GA4, and we don't have a login system, so we don't hold account or payment data for this site.

Why we collect it

• Contact form data: to read and respond to your message.
• Analytics: to see which articles and pages are useful, and to fix pages that aren't working.

Retention

Contact form submissions stay in the Sheet until we no longer need them to respond to you, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics’ standard retention settings.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga, _ga_*) to distinguish visitors between visits. You can block or delete these through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google’s browser add-on. Blocking cookies doesn't affect your ability to read the site or use the contact form.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what contact data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email thynkblox@gmail.comand we'll act on it. If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority; if you're in India, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it changes, we'll update this page and the effective date above.
